REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our BlackBack Handwriting products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Physical Products — Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests for physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address below. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

2. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

4. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds for digital purchases except in the case of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the file. If you experience a technical problem, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

6. Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund, unless the item is defective.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (for defective items) a photograph if possible. We will respond within 2 business days.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
