1. Order Processing
All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Delivery times and costs for international orders vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
5. Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events or holidays). We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at the email below and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
8. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is involved for digital orders.
